Ted McGregor graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. After working as a Kinesiologist in a multidisciplinary occupational rehabilitation clinic, he returned to school to focus on helping workers injuries. He studied at Queens University and completed his Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Today he practices in the areas of disability management, ergonomics and injury prevention within the Employee Wellness Health and Safety Department at Central Health. He works regularly with health professionals, disability managers, and human resources to facilitate and expedite return to work, evaluate and quantify job demands, complete job matches, and make recommendations for suitable workplace accommodations. He also has an interest in psycho-social and cognitive behavioral factors that impact return to work and quality of life. Ted has completed training in functional capacity evaluation and is a Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) provider. He is a consultant for Lifestyle Physiotherapy and works in the evening. As a strong proponent of work-life balance he maintains an active lifestyle, which includes outdoor pursuits with his two dogs, and recreational sports.

Ariana graduated with an honours degree in Kinesiology from Memorial University in 2011. She graduated from Dalhousie University in 2013 with a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, and holds a certification for the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS).  Ariana is a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) and is licensed with the Newfoundland and Labrador Occupational Therapy Board (NLOTB). She has been living and working in Gander for three years and has gained a wide variety of Occupational Therapy experience including but not limited to: ergonomic assessments, workstation reviews, adaptive equipment/aids assessments, and home safety assessments. In her spare time, Ariana enjoys traveling, playing and watching basketball, and spending time with her two dogs. Ariana is a consultant with Lifestyle Physiotherapy and is available weekday evenings.
